RAD -- Rober Delgadillo
Robert A. Delgadillo, professionally known as RAD, is an artist whose work celebrates Hollywood, glamour, and pop culture. His work is defined by bold colors and energetic line. RAD's illustrations have been featured in major corporate advertising campaigns, including Kitson LA, received features in national, and international magazines, and have appeared on the exterior of buildings in Los Angeles.
In 2012 RAD's artwork was featured in Marilyn the Exhibit: An Intimate Look at the Legend, commmemorating the 50th anniversary of Marilyn's passing, at the Hollywood Museum in California. The exhibit received television coverage on Inside Edition, ABC News, BBC (Latin America), and Hello Hollywood (China). In 2013 he debuted and exhibited his MOD Girl series as part of Retro-a-Rama at the M Modern Gallery in Palm Springs in celebration of Modernism Week.
RAD is currently working on his first book, POP Life: The Art of RAD, tentatively slated for release in 2014.
Since his debut on the commercial art scene in 2005, RAD's popularity continues to grow and his artwork can be found in the homes of some of Hollywood's most famous celebrities.
A California native, RAD currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
